This apartment complex is terrible. The office workers do nothing, and act like it is an inconvenience when you need something. People are constantly parking in other people's spots, which wouldn't be a problem if there was enough parking, but there isn't. When you complain about people in your spot, the office does nothing about it because they are too lazy. The poor guards have to do all the work, and are extremely friendly for what they have to put up with. The "fitness center" is back up in the ghetto, and the key to unlock it never works. The place is infested with roaches, it is disgusting! The apartments, themselves, are gross and falling apart in the inside (moldy ceilings, bathroom shower never drains, cabinets in kitchen fall off). The air conditioner quit working constantly in the summer, partly because they never change the filter, and partly because they are extremely old. Our electric bill was over $450 one month for two people because the air was constantly running. They have people working on other apartments constantly which leads to the water being cut off for hours with NO notice, which I am pretty sure is illegal. Rent is ridiculous for this trash hole; over $430 per person, and it is increasing. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location. DO NOT LIVE HERE, it is not worth it.

so untrue. yes the parking can be an issue, but there are ALWAYS spots around. The office staff are not lazy, and actually help out a lot. I have no idea what you are talking about a "ghetto"...lol there is no such thing. the apartments themselves are older yes, but they have renovated almost all of them and they are pretty nice. As for your electric bill being so high..you and your roommate must be seriously overweight with that thing blowing at like 63 degrees. come on and conserve for us non fatties. I like living here, the only thing is the noise and that is because it is a college housing and is pretty much noisy only on the weekends. stop complaining and grow up.

Are you seriously kidding me? DO you work in the office? Also, I need to grow up because I wrote an honesty review? You need to wake up. Ask anyone in the front to rows of parking if their spots are ever open because your answer will be NO. How about you grow up before insulting someone's weight. I don't know if you have issues, but both my room mate and I are at least 5'6 and weigh under 125, but that was a good try. Now how about you grow up before insulting someone's honest opinion.

i think it is pretty funny about your parking issue. so what if you can't park in the front row. Park somewhere else and walk the extra few feet? and the Ghetto thing is FUNNY... seriously, have you ever been to a ghetto??? I don't see one around here... and i think you just posted another review again... I think you are a total complainer.... be happy with yourself, and maybe people will be nicer too you
