I ABSOLUTELY HATE living in River mill it is so nasty (home to all the cockroaches in Athens). Not only is my apartment falling apart daily but the rude staff could careless. DO NOT move in here, consider yourself warned. The location is okay, but for the price you are paying you could live right downtown. Overall, River mill is disgusting and it has been such an awful place to live. Trust your instinct and don't move in here!
