I have lived in at least one of the complexes associated with this leasing office for three years and I am very unhappy! I just moved to Riverbend Club this year from Player's Club into one of the "new" two bedroom apartments and I am very disappointed. I have found a six(6) scorpions in my bedroom in the last week and the leasing office has not done anything about it. Do not move here! I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe in my apt and haven't slept in my room in a week. Very annoying! I have had several issues with them since the signing of my lease and I am praying that I can find a subleaser to get the hell out of here! The leasing office is very fake and I suggest you document everything to avoid getting screwed! HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! Also, my upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and heavy footed... DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!
