Obviously you are one of those people who trashed your apartment and didn't want to pay own up and pay for damages! And if not, what do you expect from a place with such cheap rent?

Dude, how much do they pay "uga-girl" to respond to these? Nobody in the two sets of lease terms I experienced in Riverbend did any sort of damage, and they ALL agree: Riverbend was absolutely horrible! Whenever we hear any of our friends complain about bad apartments, all 7 of us have said at onepoint or another "Well, it COULDN'T have been as bad as Riverbend!"
