I have lived here for 2 years and still think it is absolutely wonderful. I don't like my roomates very much but that has nothing to do with the apartments. I worked in the apartment office for a few months and was very impressed with how amazing the property manager handled things. I saw first hand how some tenants destroyed their apartments and then didn't accept responsibility to pay for the damages so they spoke badly of the property manager as if it were his fault! Their are a couple of incompetent people working there, but if you talk to the right person things will be perfect for you.
Parking is also a hassle in certain areas at night.

I might consider your insight a little more valid, however, you are too stupid to use the correct form of THERE: "Their are a couple of incompetent people." Clearly you are one of the incompetent people.

Clearly! I'm more apt to believe a normal resident who wasn't on staff and saw fit to take the time to write a longer, more detailed review. See the second review above this one. It seems most of the apartments on Riverbend have considerable bug problems-- both roaches and scorpions.

"talking to the right person and things will be perfect for you" sounds like a bribe. And what do you have to do in return for perfection, suck someone off? Everyone I knew who lived, oops I mean SUFFERED there had miserable experiences trying to work with management.
