I would not live there EVER again, nor would I recommend anyone to live there. You can find apartments just a little bit more expensive and WAY nicer than this place.

The management staff are mostly rude and completely fake.

They decided to pressure wash the week of finals for UGA, and considering that 90% of us were UGA students, that was a HORRIBLE decision. Something was wrong with my window and while they were pressure washing, water spewed through my window. It was horrible. All while I was trying to study for finals.

Bug are SUCH a HUGE problem here. Also, the stairs up to the top floor are made of metal and you can hear every step someone makes on them in the middle of the night.

On move in day, the apartment had spider webs all along the ceiling and the blinds had been broken and not replaced.
