It makes me sad that there are bad reviews here because my feelings about the apartment are completely different. Riverbend has been a very positive experience for me. I have just renewed my lease for the next year. I have great roomates and neighbors. I like the maintenance staff and we just got a new property manager that rocks. My roomates have been grilling out by the pool and we make use of all the amenties. I have recommended a lot of my friends to live here next year.
