Riverbend has really made alot of improvements to its clubhouse and put on shin-digs for us. The new manager is so friendly she'd make the head cheerleader look like a wallflower. I have definitely enjoyed my stay here. The maintenance people get things done real quick and right. People are friendly and the bus stops here. I also have a pretty sweet study and my own bathroom. I'll stay another year.

Wow. Someone who works here definitely made this comment. I cannot fathom anyone else who would compare anyone in that office with a cheerleader, let alone a captain.
