I wouldn't trust the (obviously) over-excitedly posted reviews pimpin' this place out as a Heaven, because it is definately NOT!

Okay, I take that back... if you're that college student who hasn't matured enough to care that he wakes up in a roach/maggot/termite infested apartment that leaks and floods, has various pest control / office personnel enter without knocking, and has management that talks to you as if you're in Kindergarden... then this is the place for you! If you like to be kept up all night, every night by other tennants, then this is for you! If you like the idea of being charged late fees and being spoken to QUITE RUDELY because someone in the office accidently applied your check to another apartment (and they didn't apologize, either), then by all means, THIS IS FOR YOU!

HOWEVER, if you're a responsible young adult with any pride in yourself, you WILL NOT move here.

Bugs.

Broken appliances that are never fixed.

More bugs.

SCORPIONS.

Uneven foundations which causes window to never fully close, making it VERY cold in your room and electric bill to be ridiculous.

Rats living in the walls.

Random fly/maggot infestations coming from what seems like the vents.

Flooded apartment due to broken heat/ac system that nobody responded to until considerable damage is done... that management claims no liability for.

Vandalism and harassment from other residents that management doesn't take seriously.

Game days... you're parking at Aspen next door, cause that's as close as you'll get. Don't bother trying to get the illegally parked cars towed, nobody cares that you have to walk a quarter mile to your apartment in the dark, cold rain cause there's a FOOTBAL GAME!

Oh yeah, and don't bring a nice vehicle here, it'll get dinged, broken into, vandalized, have fatasses you don't know sitting on the hood, drinking beer...

They can move you into a room where the walls are literally 5 different colors and refuse to give your deposit back (or now, since they don't return them anyways just CHARGE you) for having 2 SMALL nail holes and having poster puddy accidently left in a spot.

AND they'll charge you for the blinds that fell off the window that they never fixed... even though they were placed neatly in the closet, not damaged.

It always felt damp in there.

Just... if you have ANY pride in yourself, DO NOT move here|!
