I am a current resident at Riverbend Club Apartments. This year is my second year and I have already signed my renewal for next year. I have no complaints about management, especially with the change in management that occurred early in 2006. The location is wonderful because it is one mile away from the UGA campus and a short trip to Gainesville and Athens Tech- no I do not attend all three colleges, but I know people that live here that do travel to Athens Tech and Gainesville who say it is a short and easy commute. My favorite part about the community is the parties that are held almost every month. The office staff put on cookouts where they serve us so much good food, pool parties with ice cream, and they even rented a sno-cone machine last summer. My favorite party was held this past August where we ate BBQ and they raffled off really good Georgia memorabilia-there is no telling how much they spent on it!

I know if I call in a maintenance request, it will be done in a timely manner and done right.

Finally, the lighting in the parking lot at night makes me feel very, very safe. If you look across the street to other communities at night, you can tell that safety is a top priority for management.

Overall, I would recommend the community to anyone! I have really enjoyed my time here and look forward to finishing out my college years at RBC!
