This was the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment building. There were scorpions in our apartment, The cold and hot water taps were reversed, a broken beer bottle in my dishwasher. We had a dead rat in the venting system and it took them 3 months of daily calling to get anyone to come and remove it. Let me tell you dead rat in July is not an odor I want to relive. The staff was also creepy and I had a real issue with the male atendants making lewd gestures and comments, though nothing was ever done about this when I reported it. Then when I fish-sat for my bf, they inspected the apartment and landed me with a $300 fine for the fish. It was just a beta in a small bowl. When I moved out and didn't get their notices about the fees they charged me 100 more dollars in late fees. I thought the place was worth it because it was cheap, but no amount was worth the crap I put up with. I will never again, think cheap is better!!
