As far as the fish is concerned, if you would have read your lease, it specifically stated that animals of any kind are not allowed inside the apartment for any amount of time, whether you are fish-sitting or not. Secondly, the male employees have never been anything but nice and helpful. Thirdly, you will be hard pressed to find an apartment in Athens that does not have some sort of bug problem. Welcome to Athens. Riverbend Club has been a great experience for me. I am going on my third year as a resident and have no complaints! The office staff is very helpful and friendly. All maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend any of their properties to anyone!

hahaha this person is such a douche for actually commenting trying to be "strickly a patron resident" ill give them that benefit of the doubt that they live there but its also because they WORK THERE ..i went to view an apartment at riverbend and it was bug spray on the counter in the MODEL! LOL I OF COURSE WENT ELSEWHERE (to abbey west actually and that was a pc of ---- too but atleast it didnt have bugs!)
