This apartment LOOKed so great when we first moved in. The pros were that they were right on the bus route, spray pesticide(when asked), promptly fixing appliances(All Old really old), Cheap price(They raised the price while I was living there.), rooms are kinda spacious in comparison to other places.

Now here comes the cons. The cons were, the constant burglaries(we were notified via paper stuck on the door... if you plan to live here get renters insurance), the $200 non-refundable deposit(used for') the have a scorpion and house centipede infestation, one of our rooms were collapsing with the buildings weak foundation so the room was slanted down, the laundry machine and dryer are painfully small, they have a HUGE mold problem if left unattended your bathroom will turn black as ours did during the summer, the management decided it would be nice to raise rent from $265 to $295($285 to $315 if you only have 3 people to an apartment). Whats funny about them raising the rent mid year was that they sold us on the fact that they haven't raised rent since they built the place, and that it probably wouldn't go up any time soon...... Yeah right. Very deceptive management. During move out procedures everything checked out great, everything in the condition we came in, or so the move out procedure personnel and the check list she carried said. But it is now September and my roommates have been billed $40 and $70 for myself for cleaning charges with no details or explanations, BUT I did get a nifty 2 page report telling me that its too late to contest the charges and that if I didn't pay I would be reported to a crediting agency.

Conclusion: If you want a a great deal of stress with old appliances, lots of insects, management who do what they please, and charges that you accrue after you move along with the $200 deposit you will never see the benefits of, then go ahead and live here. For the price of $295 I suggest other places like Surrey Square across the street for only $235 a month with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom townhouse.

please submit your claim to the better business bureau, bbb.org. they will open an investigation against them and call them to ask them about their practices. the more complaints at one time the worse= strength in numbers. it only takes like 10 of your minutes and it consumes months of theres!
