they were pretty good through the years-they did everything we asked of them.
however, when it comes to moveout and charging way after the fact-they are masters! they have harrassed and intimidated me through legal actions, although they admitt that they didnt write anything down, nothing on the moveout inspection! so i got charge 28.33 for a change of color and the color was actually right, it was the sheen -semi-gloss not flat!
i wouldnt trust them for anything and it doesnt matter how great you are with putting up with the bugs, leaks that ruin clothes, black mold in the bathroom and the not so air tight windows that cause huge bills in the winter. in the end they are a big company out to get as much money as possible and they dont care if they have to do it through intimidation! and i was such a good tenant that i actually worked for them on multiple occasions-so i could know the move out proceedures and obviously even if they dont write down anything, i am not kidding NOTHING was written on my moveout inspection, they will still add things. They will admit that they added things and that they can do that, but they will still take you to small claims court, becuase they have the money to fight and the intimidation of it will likely cause me to pay!
never come home after 7 pm. you wont find anything and my car was new before i moved and i have never hit anything in my life and my dad asked me what i was doing to it because i had so many dinges in my car plus mulitple new paint colors!
i think everything of ours in our apartment died at one point or another. it took like a whole month for someone to figure out how to level the washer machine and a 140.00 water bill later-they refused to help pay. our bills from that month forward were an average of 35-45.00!
the staff is completely unprofessional. They are very candid with their tenants, but when the boss comes in they suck up as much as possible, even if it means lying outright.

Between all the leaks in our apartment and the new tiered billing my roommate and i havent had a water bill under $200! no help from the management OF COURSE!!

I completely agree. Moved out, had someone from the leasing office do a walk through I stayed and waited while she did it), and signed off with NOTHING noted on the sheet. She even verbally confirmed with my roommate and I that the apartment was in good shape and there was nothing else to take care of. Two months later (after the deadline to take any action, of course), all 4 of us received letters indicating we owe money for repairs. UNREAL! Trying to fix the situation by calling, visiting in person, etc. didn't work. Management is completely unwilling to help. Those on this board who rate the apartments poorly are right on. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would! HORRIBLE!
