I just moved out of RBC when I graduated in December after living there for 2.5 years. During the time I was there, I definitely saw the progression of the complex in a good way-mainly in the form of management. I now live in Atlanta and I'm paying twice as much for an apartment half as big. I don't get the timely maintenance I had at Riverbend and have already found myself fixing things on my own. I would definitely suggest RBC to others who are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to live. I didn't have any issues with move-out charges, I was just charged back (less than 20 bucks) for extra carpet cleaning (one of my roommates tended to be a bit of a slob). It wasn't the most extravagant place to live but it is in a college town and most of my neighbors were in school, making it overall not a bad place to live for a few years. I'll save the perfect place for when I'm willing to shell out the big bucks and buy my own place.
