The worst apt complex ever. terrible move-out procedures and fees. decrepit condition of the apartments. had my place broken into and had a computer and digital camera stolen even though there is supposedly a cop who stays there. bugs everywhere you go. bad management. don't honor work orders. had to pay a ridiculous move-out fee for normal wear and tear after I already paid a $260 "refundable" deposit! just overall terrible. don't waste your time or hard-earned money when there are so many better places in Athens to live.

Wow-that response seems like someone in the office got their feelings hurt, I dont know anyone that would defend this place. My experience was AWFUL here as well!!!
