This is a very nice place to live. There have been a lot of good things about it and some bad, but i think you will find that at a lot of places in a college town. The maintenance was amazing. If there was a problem, they were here almost the same day. The apartments themselves are very nice and the bedrooms are a very good size. The kitchen is a bit small and cannot fit a table in there, but a card table worked for us. I was never bothered by noise ever. The neighbors dogs next door were a bit annoying to listen to, but otherwise the noise level was fine. The pool is an average pool. The two things that i was really disappointed in is the heating and cooling problem we had and the ant problem. In the summer it is VERY hot in our rooms and comfortable downstairs and in the winter it is FREEZING upstairs and downstairs. The heat and air always has to stay on which really stinks when the bills come. THe ant problem has been a terrible one. When it gets cold out they find a way in through the kitchen. We have had them look at the problem, but they have been slow to respond. And trust me, we are very clean people. Apparently, under my apt there is a huge mound, but they cant get to it to clear it.

I would definately live here again if i wasnt graduating this spring.
