I really enjoyed living in Royal Oaks and am only leaving because of a job in Atlanta. There is a ton of space especially in the bedrooms and pretty much has everything you need. Their arent any frills like hardwoods or crown molding, but for a budget it is well worth it. Ive never had to call maintenance and ive only seen a few bugs, who obviously died from the pest control before they could get anywhere in the apartment. A few idiot neighbors but for the most part its quiet and the pool is usually empty. Never worried about my safety and enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and grocery stores. Takes about 5 minutes to get to school. Great place to live
