I'm a current resident looking to move next month. During my stay here, my front door was left open one morning by maintenance (I assume, since the only two people who had keys were asleep in the bed), a big gulp was spilt and it's stained my carpent, so I'll probably have to pay for that. Also, the wiring in my house is shot, and four maintenance requests later, I am still without a working porch light, one living room jack and my main kitchen light. For the price I pay for my 1 BR, I've had colossal power bills because of the open crawlspace directly under my house, which I have asked to be closed and eventually closed myself. Other than those problems, it's fine. Kind of like a broken car that's more yard visuals than needed for transportation.
