But now we are trying to GET OUT!

We have had constant pest problems (ants, rats, scorpions, etc) with absolutely no concern on the part of management other than sending out the Orkin man, who does nothing but leave a trap.

We have had our dead bolt and motion lights taken away with no forewarning or explanation.

We had a dryer room built in our living room by the messiest construction crew in town the only week in three years I have had guests.

We have had water damage from the tub leaking that has ruined the ceiling and no one seems to be concerned about it.

The neighbors used to be very well-screened and this was a happy community, but now it is becoming filled with "questionable" types who blare loud music, scream at all hours of the night, and feel that it's okay to SIT ON MY CAR.

The noise from apartment to apartment isn't bad, but noise from outside is terrible and VERY audible.

The maintenance guys are great, though - they come right out when called.
