Agree!! Was great three years ago

I am currently looking for a new apartment, too. I read the review titled "was great 3 years ago" and could not have said it better myself. I have found neighbors perched on my car, kids kicking soccer balls into it and not caring, and music blaring outside at all hours of the night and day!
The management staff is great, but I agree with the screening process. I was awoken the other night by three police cars hauling some neighbors out of their apartment and into the cars. Their families were making a big production in the parking lot and it was all easily audible through the bedroom window.
I have also had 2 hit and run accidents in this complex if that tells you anything about the qualities of the neighbors. Not to mention our next door neighbor also had a hit and run accident not a month later after ours.
Kids are often left unattended and they roam around until all hours of the night. If you do decided to rent here, DO NOT get an apartment near the basketball court or the playground. Your sleep will seriously be disturbed!
