I had lived in a townhouse in the back of the complex and I moved after the police raided one of the apartments in that section for drugs and other illegal activities.

The other apartment I lived in in the front of the complex had issues with mold and squirrels living in the walls. Was constantly sick and was told that the mold was dirt.....and the noise from the pool...they let anyone swim there (former residents) and the language is atrocious, not just from the adults but from the children as well. And then they would blast their radios from their cars so they could have music. I finally got out.

There was one maintenance man that routinely responded when he was on call but the others would not even call or show up....and one of the others would show up drunk...had a plumbing problem where he accused me of stopping up the sink and then he proceeded to pour acid that ate through the plastic pipes and ruined everything under my kitchen sink.

The screening process stinks...and now they seem to let anyone live there.
