I know every apartment complex has problem, but this has to be the worst ever. I arrived thinking I was going to get a great deal, the staff was nice, and the unit they shown was great. I picked out the apartment I wanted but they wouldn't let me see it right away saying the carpets were being cleaned and they had to dry, so being young and naive I went along with it. Well moving day came and I was astonished that I was paying $495 to live in a shack. The floors were sinking in the bathroom & kitchen. I left on vacation for 1 week and came back and my living room ceiling was covered in mold. The pantry had an awful smell that I could not get rid of. Neighbors were OK except for their children. I came out one day and one little girl was throwing sticks and balls at peoples cars. I told her to stop and she told me to shut up. During heavy downpors our back steps flood and you can't leave the apartment until it drains. Everything is out of date for what you're paying for. If you're on a budget I wouldn't even recommend this place. They really need to get their act together and start cleaning up.
