If you move into this community be prepared for alot of things in the apartment to be broke and it taking forever to get them fixed. The main manager is a nightmare and will not do anything to solve your problems. In my opinion there is only 1 in the office that actually cares what happens here. The maintenance guys do all they can to help you but replacing anything has to go through the long process of being approved by owners etc..
The price you pay is definitly what you get for your money. Look around alot before you choose

I agree I hate this place! I can't wait till my lease is up. The management sucks, they are rude, pompus witches.

Believe it or not, the old regime from 2001 to 2007 was worse!
