Tara Apartments

I'll tell you this, we just moved here in March and have had SEVERAL problems so far. The day we moved in there was problems. Cracked window(which still is not fixed), under the stove leaks for some reason(still not fixed), theres a nice big leak coming from the apartment above us in the bathroom(still not fixed), and several other little things wrong as well. Since living here, our air conditioning has gone out SEVERAL times, resulting in maintenance having to come out only to tell me that this unit has always had Air Conditioning problems.. WELL ya should have FIXED it before leasing the apartment to someone new. And today was the kicker of all! We got a note on our door stating we owe them money from last month and it was due today in money order or they wont accept our July rent, etc etc. Well guess what? I already talked to management about this situation last month when they tried to up our rent without telling us, and was told it was their error and to ignore it, but here they are again, saying its our final notice and to pay up. I dont plan on it. So before you decide to move in here, I hope you have a lot of patience, because mine is running out.
