You won't get your deposit back. I have lived in many Athens apt. complexes over the years and the only place that would not give me a dime of my deposit back is this one. They actually charged me for the mold under my bathroom sink. Yes, mold and mildew! After I'd reported a leak countless times. The office staff is never there and the guy who comes in to do the exit review (after moving out) is a total crook. New York subway-style cockroaches too. Crime is high in Tara... ask the Athens PD for a review.
The dumpsters and even a tree (!) was tagged with gang writing. The actual property owners are in Tennessee so don't think they care about Athens one bit! They don't.
