We live in the building right by the pool. Every night there is a party at the volleyball court till around 2 in the morning, which does not help us study or able to fall asleep. We've complained several times to management, but never once have they done anything about it. Most apartments close their pool area/volleyball court by 11 pm. However Aspen does not care enough about their residents to provide them a quiet environment to live in. Not only that but the place is a piece of **** with no disposal or ice maker!!! I feel like I live in the 70s! The carpet is nasty and the interior of the apartments is just plain rotten. This place needs to be about $75/month lower in my opinion. Please spread the word to your friends how awful this place is.

You should try some ear plugs. They work for me. Hearos ear plugs are the most comfortable, you can sleep with them on all night but still hear your alarm in the morning. :)
