Im in the second semester of living in the club and it has been increasingly worse with every month. I would not live here, it would not let any one you know live here, this is easily the worst place in Athens to live. For starters the management is not only incompetent but is also useless. in October they turned the water off for two weeks, lying everyday saying that it would be on tomorrow they guarantee it, which it never was. When asked what they were going to do about it to compensate the residents they said it wasn't their problem and that we are supposed to have renters insurance. Then in december they said that they promised multiple times to put new roommates in two empty rooms after our old roommates moved out. when january came and no one moved i called the office and they said that they didnt know that the apartment needed roommates now i am stuck paying all the utility bills. As if it couldnt get any worse at the end of february they turned the water off for two days and then another day a week later. after the second time the water had clay in it and they said they accidentally got clay in the pipes and it was going to take a couple of days to fix.
It is only march and there is no telling what is to come in the next couple of months all i can say is that you should not live here and dont let anyone you know live here either. I've lived in many different apartments and this is by far the worst.
