Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
water was shut off at the complex A LOT...probably about 2 or 3 times a month..water bill was CONSTANTLY extremely high for no apparent reason..there was an entire week where the complex had no water and the management didn't provide any compensation. TERRIBLE
