The water was turned off a couple of times during the year.. there was an actual waterfall and river in the parking lot due to the pipes bursting in February. There were a ton of scorpions and spiders and other critters in the apartment. The kitchen stove was completely covered in black grease that wasn't cleaned up before we moved in. If you live on the top of the hill the pool music don't shut off until winter so you can hear the blasting music when you are trying to go to sleep... same thing goes for the lights they never shut off during the year so if you have a front bedroom your room won't be dark at night. The front bedroom's bathrooms are completely disgusting and really old.. also the closets are really tiny. The back bedrooms have much nicer bathrooms and bigger closets. The washer and dryer are those "twin thins" that stack upon each other... they completely ruin your clothes (holes and such) and it barely gets anything clean. You can only fit two pair of pants in the washer and if you put too many items in the washer will spin really fast and make a LOUD booming noise. I would never ever live here again!!! The staff keeps changing and so does the management.. who are awful.

The only good thing about this apartment is the bus stop is close by and your rent gets cheaper the longer you live there, but I'm not sure how many people actually benefit from that.
