My friend lives there and it's not THAT bad of a place. The price is cheap though, compared to many other apartments in Athens: $319/month here (and no utilities are covered).

Each room has individual full bathroom with sink and toilet and all the rooms including the livingroom are furnished.

It's pretty cheap if you're asking me. I lived in the Woodlands of Athens for $450/month/room, not furnished (and no utilities were covered). Now I'm in an apartment for $370/month, not furnished studio.

Again, each individual apartment has 4 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS.

Keep your place inside and outside your apartment clean. Then it won't be such a terrible place to live!

If there are water leakage problems, isn't there like Athens Tenant Union that you can report to' Or perhaps you can sue your landlord because your personal belongings may have gotten damaged from water' Make sure to read your LEASE before signing it! (My current lease says if my personal belongings have gotten damaged or stolen, then it's not the landlord's responsibility, etc. It says stuff like this so that we cannot sue them or take them to court ever!)
