I've lived there for 2 years now (with the promise it would be all inclusive WHICH IT'S NOT!!!) and i hate going home! We've had floods...sink holes...NO water for up to a week at a time...scorpions and a brown recluse!! The former managers didn't do anything. When I moved in (in 2006) the blinds were broken...the dishwasher didn't run...and i almost burned that P.O.S. down with the microwave cause it didn't shut off automatically even though it was designed to! How can one's hot water go out when the rest of the apartment has hot water'! It's because my pipes are connected to another apartment!! WTF'! I can hear my neighbors talking, their tv AND when they're doing "grown up things"...hell if I wanted to hear all of that...I'd just LIVE WITH THEM!!! I never get to park in front of or near my front door. The washer/dryer is so small that i can barely fit HALF a load in them (and by that I mean what should be a HALF load in a normal size washer is a FULL load in these!) The only good thing is the new manager and maintanence...they will work their ass off to try to help you but because the place should be condemned they can only do so much...but that's about it. If you (or your child if you're a parent) want a good living experience...go live somewhere else...like the dorms...because this ain't the place! Happy hunting!

SOUNDS JUST LIKE MY EXPERIENCE!!!! (I heard my upstairs neighbor in the exact same fashion!!!!) You must have a place by the pool... having to lug groceries from the next lot over....
