We decided to live here because a few of our roommates wanted to live close to campus and on the bus line but it is NOT worth it.

We had so many problems with the management in the beginning. We signed leases in SEPTEMBER of 2007 for the 2008 year so that we could have three apartments close to each other or possibly towards the top of the hill. First, we all got stuck at the absolute bottom of the hill!! and then, they finally got all of our apartments together and when my friends came up here to move in THERE WERE PEOPLE ALREADY MOVED INTO THEIR APARTMENT. turns out, some asian exchange student complained because they wanted to be next to their friends and so they GAVE AWAY AN APARTMENT that my friends had already set up the cable and power in. and then when they were asked to pay a fee by the power company for changing apartments, the club REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT! we came up and visited a few days before move in and they let us see our apartment and it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. and this was only about 2 days before we were supposed to move in. Needless to say it didn't look much better on move in day.

I so want to move out. The rooms are tiny. Our neighbors leave dog poop outside despite the fact that we have complained to the management at least 15 times. they say there is "nothing" they can do about it, even though the pet lease says they could fine them.

just say no to the club! it should be torn down and they should just start over. there is no fixing this dump

report them to the bbb.org- it will open an investigation on their ethics and they will have to answer it is worth it...they will try to please you because if they dont and refuse to help, then the better business bureau will go after them
