I lived in Athens as an undergrad and grad student -- totaling 6 years. I lived in 5 different apartment complexes during my time in Athens and this was by far the worst. The living conditions are fine, but the management is impossible. Even when you pay on time, they claim you don't and send you letters claiming you owe a late fee. Twice in 5 months this happened to me, and both times they dropped the charge after I proved that I paid on time. The second time, when I refused to pay the late fee until I could prove I paid on time, a member of management walked in my apartment and started banging loudly on my bedroom door. It was about 4pm, but I was sleeping b/c I had pneumonia... lets just say I was furiuos. I didn't receive an apology, even after I proved my payment was on time.
Its not worth it. There are so many better places to live in Athens. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
