After living in some of the other student oriented apartments in Athens, I managed to stumble upon the Paces at Woodlake. Its behind a residential community and most people don't know that apartments are even back here. The management staff is amazing. They treat you so well. It is so quiet. The location is great as well. I love the west side of Athens. You are near everything and getting to UGA takes less than 15 mins. The area is gated which is nice and the pond in the neighborhood is great for any one with a dog. Overall, I can't say enough about this place. Yeah its a little expensive but if you get a two bedroom and split the rent its the same as any of those rent by the room places.
