Excellent Experience

I lived at College Place for nearly two years while attending the University and had an excelent experience. The office staff was extremely friendly, maintenance was quick to respond, I NEVER felt threatened with the courtesy officers and police officers living on the property, grounds were nicely kept, and the location was awesome. Price was great too! They are pet friendly and even have a nature park. College Place had everything I wanted and more; keep up the good work guys!
