On average, I had to kill probably two cockroaches a week in my apartment. Spiders, cockroaches, anoles, they're all there! Maintenance's main line of defense against pests' Quote: "They're harmless."

The people in the leasing office were nice enough, but I'd need to place a work order at least 3 times before they fixed the problem. It was a very quiet complex when I moved in, but later some people moved in who had car alarms that would go off 10 times a day. The walls are also paper-thin, so get used to hearing your neighbor's music at 1AM.

It's cheap, but it's certainly not a bargain. I never felt unsafe there, though there was no formal security in place. Spend a little more money and find a better place in Athens.
