Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I've lived here for almost 4 years, and I don't think the apartments are that bad. I've seen a few cockroaches and spiders, but that's to be expected in even the best of apartments. The staff quality has declined over time along with the quality of resident, but overall there are still much worse places in Athens you could live. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to live then I think this is the place for you in Athens. If you have the extra cash though, you can still find better.
