I thought this place was a deal. I chose to ignore the negative reviews on this site. I was wrong. Before I'd lived here a week there was graffiti written and CARVED on my door. Security took four hours to show up, then the manager decided to take a vacation before returning my messages. The writing took two days to get it painted over, but the carving (a month later) is STILL THERE!!! I do not feel safe in my apartment and am leaving after one month. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially not a female. I just don't feel safe here, which is sad. This place is not a bargain. They can afford to be cheap by cutting corners in all the wrong places.

How about the Laundry Room? How safe did you feel there? LOL.They could film a thriller there or a Halloween sequel without adding any props! Not to mention that half the machines don't work, everything is filthy and THE WATER IS COLD! The whole place is infested with roaches, there's dogpoop everywhere. All the carpet down the hallways is stained. It smells bad. It's dirty, cheap (in a bad way), unsafe. The people in the office are nice, but the manager isn't. Too bad it's about all I can afford and the location works for me, otherwise I wouldn't live here. But like you said, if I were a woman or had kids, I just couldn't.
