The Park, what can i say that hasn't been said. well, me and my partner lived here for two years, no problems the first year. but the second year has been hell. they will not fix anything, AND I DO MEAN ANYTHING.they will replace the appliances, when you complain enough. there are more hazards to the public then you can count. giant holes in the parking lots, dips in driveways that get bigger day by day. roaches that take over your apartment, they will come to spray once but try complaining again and they find some thing wrong with your apartment, and put a nasty note on your door. the maintenance men are nice but VERY LAZY. you go to the office to pay rent and you will see them in there talking not doing their job. They will sell this place atleast four times while you live here. because no one wants to own the most underkept place in the world, the paint on the walls in the apartments is so thick it would take a jackhammer to hang a picture. the a/c units are nice if you get one that works. we have lived in our current apt. for four months, the outside outlet sparks and is tied into the inside lights, so when it sparks we cant see. electric problems are always happening, our last apt. building THE D BUILDING had it really bad, transformers kept blowing. the noise is a big issue, if you love that crap rap you will love this place, open your door and that is all you will hear, oh dont let me for get the alarms on junky cars that will go off in the middle of the night. they have some security but it does not help just one cop car that runs twice a day, early in the morning and late at night, thats all. trashy people love to throw trash all over the gruond and beer bottles as far as the eye can see. landscaping will wake you up, so if you love to sleep in, dont move in, 7am they will be out there cutting grass. if you have pets ask about (THE PET PLAY AREA) two years ago we asked them to fix the fence they wont. the pools are nice but often very dirty. laundry room is a real pig sty, the floors looks like a dog took a really big dump and someone tried to clean it with a broom. most of the washers and dryers are broken.
