The cheap rent is exactly what you get..cheap housing filled with the WORST maintainance staff imaginable..Me and my husband lived here while we went to grad school.I don't know why they bother to do criminal background checks on people--because they let drug dealers live here. The place is full of drugs and crime!
The paint is more than likely lead paint from the 70s and the bathrooms are nasty. There is no way someone should live here if they want to feel safe sleeping at night.Maintainance staff is a waste of your time. I don't know how they can be so dumb. Trust me. don't live here...DON'T DO IT!!!!
FYI--never even think about doing laundry there..ugh..makes we want to get sick..nasty..bugs, stinks to high heaven..
