This place really sucks. The management has charged us a late fee three different times when we have turned in our rent on time. The only explanation that the management gave was that since the check cleared their bank after the due date they assumed that we turned it in late. A note was left on our door with the late fee amount and we tried to call the office and finally on the third day of calling we got a live person. That person put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then told me someone would have to call me back...and of course no one did. But a week later the same note was on our door. I tried calling again...again I was put on hold and was told that someone would call me back...and no one did. Another week later the same note was on the door again. I just don't understand how you have the time to leave three notes on the door but can't give me a straight answer on the phone when I call or honor your word and call back. We have lived here for three years and there hasn't been a professional insect terminator in our apartment. We asked the front office to fix it and they said it was our problem even though in the lease it clearly says that they would provide this. We also got a note telling us that bicycles were not allowed on the balcony and accompanying the note was a copy of our lease which highlighted what was allowed on the balconies. Just above that highlight was the paragraph about the insects/roaches. We put out a roach trap and caught over 75 roaches. I will upload pictures of the traps in a few days. My roommates car also got broken into and there have been a couple more complaints about break ins in the apartment complex. When we asked the management about it they were not willing to help in any way. The management is more worried about trying to get people here instead of trying to keep people here. There are always nice balloons in the front of the complex and there are always guys leaf blowing at 8:00 in the morning. This is only to impress the newcomers so don't be stupid...don't live here.

Yep- I had the same problem with roaches. I called them my "other roommates" because I saw them EVERY DAY - no kidding. Also, management is quite consistant at least with their ridiculousness. I too had multiple notes on my door stating I owed "fees", yet when I went to the office to inquire, no one could tell what the fees were for...bizarre huh? Also, I went by the office one time at 3PM and saw the management inside, so I knocked on the door. I was told by the head manager that they were on their "lunch" break and I needed to come back in 15 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? What kind of messed up customer service is that??? at 3pm?????? Absurd.
