It's not THAT bad

The other reviews are a little unfair.
The apartments and townhomes in this complex are, for the most part individually owned and can either be operated by their actual owner or by the office.
The lady who owned my apartment (a lovely woman named Gloria who even sends her tennants Christmas presents) kept it up VERY well.
I NEVER saw a roach in our apartment.
I never dealt with the office staff except to pick up some packages and getting kicked out of the pool after hours (hey, that was my own fault).
They were very nice while kicking me out of the pool.
My only caution is to live on the second floor or higher.
The plumbing on the first floor has a tendancy to do nasty things, and I have seen at least one first floor apartment flood during exceedingly heavy rainfall.
The kitchens are set up really well and have a lot of food storage space.
We had four girls in a three bedroom and other than the fridge we never had a problem fitting our stuff in (that's a feat).
All in all it's a good apartment for college students.
