Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Nothing get done, even you requested 15 times, no result,no action, units are old ,leaking, roaches everywhere,neibors are so noisy even at 2AM ! YOU CAN HEAR THEM CUSING 2 MILES AWAY. landscaping is BAD BAD. beer cans ,cigs everywhere .
Fences were fell down everywhere, burgury were often (8 units got break in on New Year eve)
maintenence man ARE DOING NOTHING. no use to ask anymore.
if you are black or asian or spanish people,DO NOT LIVE THERE, bunch of racists there, especially office staffs.
