Nothing get done, even you requested 15 times, no result,no action, units are old ,leaking, roaches everywhere,neibors are so noisy even at 2AM ! YOU CAN HEAR THEM CUSING 2 MILES AWAY.
landscaping is BAD BAD.
beer cans ,cigs everywhere .
Fences were fell down everywhere, burgury were often (8 units got break in on New Year eve)
maintenence man ARE DOING NOTHING.
no use to ask anymore.
if you are black or asian or spanish people,DO NOT LIVE THERE, bunch of racists there, especially office staffs.

My boyfriend is black and --- and the staff is as sweet as can be to me. I've never had any issues with hearing the neighbors cussing, although the people upstairs do walk heavy and get up at 4am.. Maintenance can be slow, but they come around, they really should leave notes so people know they've been there. I can't say anything against the leaking bc well yes, it leaked the week I moved in. But in review- the office staff have seemed perfectly nice to my black --- bf.
