I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 14 months. I have to say, everything was ok up until the last 2 months of our lease (except for noisy neighbors). Our air was broken for a WEEK in the middle of summer and there is one other incident that happened 2 weeks before our lease was up that really upset me - bottom line is, management sucks and they don't care about their tenants. The apartments are OLD and the plumbing is horrible. There are lots of roaches around the front and back of the building. I would NEVER want to live there again. OH- and the parking for my building sucked! If it was raining, you were guaranteed to get soaked. There should be numbered parking spots.
