Tivoli is HORRIBLE!

I've been living here a year and a half, and it's been an absolute nightmare.

People report problems to the office, and a maintenance guy only seems to show up after the third or fourth call.

Maintenance comes out, does a quick fix, and is gone within 5 minutes of arriving.

I personally have had constant problems with leaks, AC/Heater, and plumbing.

I've had almost weekly visits from the maintenance guys for the same problem for the past 2 months.
