Where to begin...

Everything about Tivoli makes it the worst place I have ever lived. It smells; pipes leak; the cabinets are quickly turning to piles of dust on top of my dishes; our neighbors beat each other and their children; the landlord is rude and irresponsible; the pool is disgusting (think visible snot and plantar warts from every visit); the property manager's dogs poop everywhere and they never clean up after them; huge, HUGE cockroaches everywhere that look farm-raised for livestock; dings, nicks, and dents in your car, and of course, no one leaves a note; none of the windows or doors are actually sealed so dirt comes in in piles, along with ants, silver fish, and the cockroaches! Don't live here under any circumstance, unless you enjoy associating with degenerate, ex-con, gangster-wannabes whose favorite past times are parking lot car repair (until 1am or later, even on weeknights), child abuse, and a complete disrespect and disregard for other people's property and privacy.

You might be tempted because of the exceptional price and size of the apartments, but everything else about the place is completely degenerate.
