I lived in this place in 1988 (and my older brother lived there in 1983). So these Apartments ARE AT LEAST 30 years old.

For the money we paid (think was like $700 for a 2-bedroom back then).
For the Size (decent by apartment standards).

AND, for a "college student" apartment living, these apartments are not "too bad"...


THEY ARE FAR from perfect (we even had a problem one time---they had to dig up the back yard, bust into the sewer pipe--raw sewage on the back lawn--by the patio...not fun).

Also, when I lived there, the Athens City Bus would actually drive THROUGH the parking lot--so I'd ride the bus to school (HATED getting UGA Parking Tickets)--so, I'd have a "door to door" ride to school--which was not too bad.

There's a TON of BETTER choices in Athens, but you'll pay for it.


(I honestly can't remember dealing with Management---so can't rate them).
Maintenance sucked---but from reading other comments on other apartments in Athens, I think this is par for the course.
