The maintanence/pest control/"walk throughs" all constantly barge into the apartment and do not give you enough time to get to the door to answer, and do not give you any notice about when they are coming. I was getting dressed out of the shower when the maintanence people just walked in, giving me barely enough time to grab a towel. The noise is horrible, the office staff is nice but not very helpful and the apartments aren't that nice to begin with. Not very considerate with construction noise, early mornings during finals and lack of communication between office staff and residents. The brochure is a complete lie, no planned social events, definently not luxury condo's. Don't live here unless you like over priced locations.

This place is run by hill-billy greedy pigs who will take advantage of you at every chance they get. They are incompetent in their business to provide favorable living spaces that you can start to call home. I hate it when adults don't treat us like adults but instead, as naive college students. Just because we're college students doesn't mean they won't provide us with any decent services. I bet you they wouldn't do that if adult families lived here. Don't pay attention to the positive reviews. They're probably the TC managers who try to give remarkable reviews and trap you to living here.
