Great location, but not well maintained...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I enjoyed Towne Club's location while living there; however, the living conditions are sub-par. From repairs that were never made, to general uncleanliness at move-in, these apartments are in need of serious help. For $325-$375/month, they should be able to afford to make these repairs.
